Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited for the preparation of chapters 1 (National Circumstances and Institutional Arrangements) and 4 (Constraints and Gaps, and Related Financial, Technical and Capacity Needs) under Fiji’s first Biennial Update Report (BUR).
