Fiji became the first small island developing state (SIDS) to sign an Emissions Reduction Payment Agreement (ERPA) with the World Bank’s Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) to operationalize its five-year REDD+ Emission Reduction Program (ERP).
