This final Terms of Reference (TOR) was developed by the Climate Change and International Cooperation Division (CCICD) of the Ministry of Economy (MoE) in Fiji based on the initial Climate Finance Sector Working Groups held between 3-12 November 2020 and feedback from Consultative Members via e-mail and via the first Consultative SWG Meeting in February 2021.
