Planned Relocation Guidelines: A framework to undertake climate change related relocation

The Government of Fiji has prepared this National Adaptation Plan Framework to guide efforts to develop its National Adaptation Plan on an ongoing basis to comprehensively address climate change. This Framework has been created as a result of a national level consultation workshop; and key informant interviews with civil society, regional bodies, and leaders of pioneering adaptation programmes. The Framework provides the much needed roadmap for targeting resources towards the development of the Plan. The process of creating the Framework has strengthened the capacity of key institutions in Fiji to address the issue of climate change.
