The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (‘Ministry’) has developed Fiji’s Third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC3.0) covering commitments from 2025 to 2035 under the Paris Agreement of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Fiji’s NDC sets out our national commitments to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, adapting to climate change, and addressing climate induced loss and damage. Fiji’s NDC3.0 has been developed following extensive consultations with key stakeholders across sectors, ensuring that the targets and actions reflect the nation’s priorities, needs, and circumstances. The Ministry invites the public to review and provide feedback on Fiji’s draft NDC3.0 which can be accessed through this link ( bit.ly/DraftNDC3Fiji ) by Wednesday, 15 October 2025. Your views will help ensure the NDC3.0 reflects our shared priorities in addressing climate change.
